Terms of sale

Our free apps run in your browser and need no account. Paid products (Your copy, Your lab) are sold through our payment partner, which acts as merchant of record: it processes your payment, issues your invoice and handles VAT. Prices are shown in euros and include VAT for EU customers.

When you buy a digital product, you receive a personal licence to use it. You may use what you build with it, including commercially. You may not resell, share or redistribute the product files themselves. Source code licences cover one brand or product.

Custom builds (Your app) are quoted per project. The scope, price, payment schedule and delivery date are agreed in writing before work starts.

We never copy another company's brand, code, text or images, and our products are built to keep you from doing so. You remain responsible for how you use and market what you build.

Refunds

Digital products are delivered immediately. By downloading, you agree that delivery starts straight away, which ends the EU 14-day withdrawal period for digital content.

If a product does not work as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We review every request and refund when we cannot fix the problem.

For custom builds, refund conditions are part of the written quote.

Privacy

This site uses no tracking cookies and no analytics. It does not collect personal data. Files you open in our apps are processed on your device and are never uploaded.

When you buy, your name, email and payment details are handled by our payment partner under its own privacy policy. We receive only what we need to deliver your order and send updates.

If you contact us on Instagram, your messages are handled under Instagram's privacy policy. Ask us at any time to delete what we hold about you.
